GETTING HERE
Southmall is located right next to Manurewa Train Station, and just across the railway line from the Manurewa Bus Interchange, making it easy to reach using public transport. Located at the heart of Manurewa, is only 20 minutes walk down Hill Road from Auckland Botanical Gardens.
Driving to South Mall
Southmall is just 25 minutes from downtown Auckland, with an easy drive down SH1. Take the Hill Road (451) exit and turn right heading toward Manurewa. From the South get off at Takanini and follow Great South Road until you reach Manurewa.
Southmall has over 400 free carparks for our guests, with a mixture of mobility parks, P10, P30 and P180 carparks available. Access to the carpark is off Station Road from the North, Weymouth Road from the South or Selwyn Street from from the West. An Entry only driveway is also available off Great South Road.
Taxis can pick you up outside New World or on Great South Road.
Buses that stop at Manurewa Interchange include:
33 –Papakura, Takanini, Manurewa, Manukau, Hunters Corner, Otahuhu via Great South Road. This route operates every 15 minutes between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.
361 – Manurewa, Clendon, Manukau, Otara
362 – Weymouth, Clendon, Manurewa, Manukau
363 – Wattle Downs, Manurewa
365 – Papakura, Takanini, Randwick Park, Manurewa, Homai, Manukau
366 – Manurewa, The Gardens, Hill Park, Totara Heights, Manukau
Manurewa Link is a free community shuttle bus service that starts/finishes at Southmall – more info here
Manurewa Station is on the Southern Line. Trains run every 10 minutes at peak times, every 20 minutes throughout the day on weekdays, and every 30 minutes on weekends. Buses from the wider region connect with the Southern Line at key stations such as Otahuhu, Papatoetoe, and Papakura.
